First snow of season

Today, Julia and Stephie watched the snow fall for the first time since they were little newborns. They enjoyed listening to classical music and relaxing while gazing out the window.

Papa Ray and Sleepy Babies

On Monday, mama and Julia had a day off from Stephie's house, so we visited Grandpa Ray (Papa) at his house.

Today, however, Julia and Stephie were tired babies.



Here, Julia tries to lull both Stephie and herself to sleep with some heavy reading.



It's working...Stephie's almost out! Too bad Julia didn't realize it was the middle of the afternoon and not bedtime yet. Well it HAS been getting dark out earlier and earlier...

Tonight mama and Julia met up with mama's friend Lisa at the Olive Garden. It was a super late night for Julia..she didn't go to bed at home until almost 10 pm!! She normally goes to bed 7-7:30pm. Bad mama for keeping her out so late (she did sleep a tiny bit at the restaurant). Mama has been having a tough time keeping her on any hint of nap routine so she figured what's the
difference at this point?!

Finally Back!!!

My apologies for the long delay in new posts...blogger.com apparently thought that this was a spam blog. Yes...a spam blog. Julia...the amazing spammer baby! Needless to say, I couldn't put up new posts for a bit. Also, our internet has been super fussy.

Anyhoo...now for the new pics! I didn't want to leave Julia and Stephie out of their rights as American citizens to vote for president....so...vote they did!

Out to Dinner

What can mama say..the girl likes to be around food! Tonight she went out with mama, dada, grandma Jill, grandpa Frank, great-grandma Hunt and great-grandpa Hunt.

She was very cranky almost the entire meal...but I did manage to snap some cute pics of her with grandma and great-grandma. If dada was in the photo it would be 4 generations!

Out to Breakfast

Julia went out to breakfast this morning with mama, grandma Mary, and papa Ray. To demonstrate what a ham for the camera Julia is, Mama snapped a photo and right on cue she flashed a huge smile.
She thinks she is a celebrity or something, but she gets tired of Mama Paparazzi as demonstrated in the following photo.

"No more pictures, please! Security!"

First boo-boo

Julia got her first real injury today :( She wriggled out of mama's arms on the floor and hit her head on the side of the coffee table. It looked very scary at first, but luckily, the swelling is going down and it's looking better each hour.

Mama is afraid of what other injuries will come about now that Julia is getting mobile!

Wednesday of fun

Today, Grandma Mary and mama took the girls to the park to go on the bucket swings. While Julia was half-asleep the whole time...



Stephie was having the time of her life!




Later, dada and mama took Julia to our new wednesday dinner location.




She loves to be able to finally sit on the high chair and feel included in the dinner. Just another fun day in the life of a baby!
